Information on Banquets at Glen Meadows
The dining room of Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club boasts panoramic views of the golf course for all of your guests. We can accommodate up to 200 people and our friendly banquet staff will look after all your catering needs. You may choose a buffet from the menu and leave the rest up to us or you may work with our chefs to create your own special meal. We boast the largest dance floor in the area on which you can continue your perfect evening. A large deck adjoins the banquet room for fresh air and socializing. We host many meetings, breakfasts, luncheons, reunions, and other types of receptions and parties. We are also a popular location for wedding receptions and ceremonies. Our barbecues are the ideal end to a golf tournament. Book early to confirm availability. The buffets are excellent and the prices reasonable.
The Clubhouse includes a two hundred guest capacity banquet hall with two outdoor decks overlooking the golf course or the tennis courts, a fully licensed bar and lounge, and one of the largest solid maple dance floors in the area. The friendly and accomodating staff at Glen Meadows will try to fulfill any special requests you may have.
Wines, champagne and other alcohols may be ordered through us. The bar may remain open until 1:00am, and we ask all guests depart by 1:30am. Many linen colours are available to match your wedding. Decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the wallpaper or other parts of the building, and like most facilities, confetti is not permitted. There is an eighty guest minimum on Saturdays during peak times, sixty minimum on Saturdays through non peak times, and a forty guest minimum Sunday through Friday.
Our exceptional buffets and prices are listed with the following menu information, varying from $20.95 to $29.95 plus tax and 15% gratuity. The option of individual requests may be arranged through our Head Chef and you are welcome to set up an appointment. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. In the event major preparation is required a set-up fee may be charged at the discretion of the club management personel.
