ATTIRE:
        Attire must be clean and appropriate. Only golf slacks, tailored shorts (at least mid thigh in length), jeans that are neat and tidy, and collared shirts are permitted. Ladies may also wear skirts, blouses, turtle necks, and crew or U collared fashion tops. No track pants, gym wear, athletic shorts, jam shorts, cutoffs, athletic shirts, tank tops, team jerseys, tee shirts, or shoestring straps are permitted.
        Only soft spiked golf shoes or running shoes are permitted. NO METAL SPIKES.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
        No alcoholic beverage may be brought into the clubhouse or onto the golf course (this includes liquor for prizes or raffle items). Violation of this policy may result in expulsion from the premises and the termination of the event. Any alcohol not purchased through our bar will be confiscated.

PERSONAL LIABILITY:
        Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club is not responsible for injury to a member or guest nor to their personal property. Members and guests are responsible for any and all injury or damage they cause to themselves, others or the property of Glen Meadows Golf & Country Club and are expected to insure themselves against any risks. All persons assume all risks and caution hazards incident to the use of these facilities and agree to release, absolve, save harmless, and keep indemnified Glen Meadows Golf and Country Club or its parent company, Criddle Enterprises Ltd., its officers, employees, and volunteers against all claims, actions, costs, expenses, and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or damage, to the person or property of the participant however caused.

PETS:                We cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
GAMBLING:    Gambling is not permitted.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
        For any function a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Confirmation of the number attending a dinner must be given at least seven days in advance of the function. The undersigned will be held responsible for the payment for the number of people guaranteed to attend plus any extras. Any player entering a non club golf tournament must pay a full green fee. This includes Glen Meadows members. There are no reciprocal or guest rates for such tournaments. If a shotgun start is requested, the non-refundable deposit is $750.00 and a guaranteed minimum of one hundred players is required. The undersigned agrees to pay all green fees a full twelve days in advance, and understands that there are no refunds. All payments made by Credit Card are subject to a 2% administration fee. 2% interest will be applied after 14 days on outstanding balances.
